Who will be selected to receive an invitation to the Pre-Sale page?

Our selection is based on previous inquiries and Full Swing purchases.

If I received an invitation, am I guaranteed to be able to pre-order a FULL SWING KIT?

No. Each invitation is open for a limited time until supplies run out and quantities are limited to 1 (one) unit per e-mail address for residential customers & 5 (five) units for commercial customers.

Full Swing KIT pre-order reservations will be first come first serve.

How long will I have to make a Full Swing KIT pre-order reservation?

If selected, you will be able to pre-order while supplies last.

Will other FULL SWING KIT products be available for pre-order?

No.

How much will it cost to reserve a Full Swing KIT?

Reservations cost $100 for each model. 

Is the $100 reservation fee refundable?

Yes, reservation fees are refunded with reservation cancellation by e-mailing kitsupport@dev.fullswinggolf.com 

I currently reside outside the US. If invited, can I still make a FULL SWING KIT pre-order reservation?

If you receive an invite and units are still available, as long as you ship to a USA or Canada based address, your pre-order reservation will be allowed.

Any orders that contain a non-USA or Canadian based address will be cancelled.

What is a reservation?

A reservation lets you be among the first to order a new Full Swing KIT launch monitor with a refundable Reservation Deposit. It is not an actual order and does not guarantee delivery.

What steps are required to complete my reservation?

Full Swing will e-mail you 30 days prior to shipping, targeting May 1, to go online and enter your credit/debit card details and address. A confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address you provide.

Will reservations be fulfilled in the order placed?

Reservations will be fulfilled in approximately the same order received, however, actual delivery may vary based upon a number of factors including residency, delivery, and final ordering.

When will customers be able to convert their reservations to order?

Order conversion process will begin in May and run thru Summer 2021. Customers should expect to receive an e-mail to complete their order with payment details (financing if applicable) and shipping information to place the order.

Can I pre-order from anywhere else?

Only Fullswinggolf.com will be offering a pre-order. If you are contacted by anyone else claiming to be taking reservations, they are not authorized and Full Swing does not endorse ordering from them.

What happens to the reservation deposit once I order?

The reservation deposit will be credited to towards your purchase of the Full Swing KIT’s total MSRP of $3,999. It will also secure your place in line to be among the first to receive it, orders will be processed in the order they are received.

When will I take delivery of my Full Swing KIT?

Full Swing KIT deliveries begin Summer 2021 and will extend through 2022. Actual delivery times will vary based on commodity constraints, and location.

Am I reserving this unit directly from Full Swing?

Yes. The purchase agreement will be between you and Full Swing, not a third party.

Can Customers update their shipping address for their reservation?

Customers may reach out to Full Swing Customer Support at kitsupport@dev.fullswinggolf.com assistance in updating through May 1, 2021.

What if I receive a “Sold Out” message?

All available FULL SWING KITs have been reserved.

We will open an opt-in list for the next available Full Swing KIT units when that occurs.
